Providing wellness exams for all stages of life

Adult Wellness
Regular wellness exams are essential for your pet's health and well-being. By bringing your dog or cat in for their annual check-up, you'll gain peace of mind knowing they are healthy while allowing us to detect subtle changes that may be hidden. Early detection can lead to better outcomes for various diseases and lower medical costs, ensuring your furry friend enjoys a longer, happier life. During the exam, we'll conduct a thorough physical assessment from nose to tail and provide necessary vaccinations and preventive care to keep your pet safe from fleas, ticks, and other health concerns.
As your pet approaches their senior years, we recommend a baseline diagnostic workup to establish what's normal for them. This proactive approach helps us monitor any changes over time. Please share any physical or behavioral changes you've noticed, along with any other concerns you may have. Your insights are invaluable in ensuring your pet's health and well-being

Senior Wellness
Welcome to our Senior Wellness Program, designed to provide your beloved pets with the special care they need as they age. We understand that older dogs and cats require more attention, and our program focuses on keeping them happy and healthy. By scheduling regular veterinary exams, we can catch potential health concerns early, ensuring a longer and better quality of life for your furry companions. Remember, early diagnosis is so important with conditions like arthritis, cancer, and heart disease as these risks increase with age.
Senior status varies depending on your pet’s breed and size. Smaller dogs tend to live longer than larger dogs, and cats generally live longer than dogs. We can help you determine what life stage your pet is in.
Schedule a baseline exam and diagnostic workup for your pet before they have senior status. This important checkup helps us establish what’s normal for your pet, allowing us to monitor any changes over time. We typically recommend this visit when your dog turns 7 years old. After this initial checkup, your senior pet will benefit from frequent veterinary exams and diagnostics to ensure their ongoing health.
We focus on enhancing your pet's quality of life as they age. Our team is dedicated to treating symptoms commonly attributed to age, including cognitive dysfunction syndrome (Similar to Alzheimers). We will work closely with you to create a customized wellness plan that includes pain management, nutrition, exercise, and environmental modifications tailored to your pet’s needs. If you have questions or would like to learn more, please call us today to schedule your pet’s exam!

Puppy Wellness
Welcome to our Puppy Wellness Program! We’re here to guide you in setting your puppy on the path to a long, healthy life. During these crucial early months, we provide the essential support and tools you need for nurturing your puppy, covering everything from nutrition and training to behavior and socialization. Let’s work together to help your furry friend grow into a well-mannered and happy dog!
Schedule your puppy for his or her first exam as soon as possible. Until your puppy has received a series of vaccines, he or she is susceptible to many serious but preventable diseases. We will advise to vaccinate your new puppy against Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus, among other diseases. Your puppy will also most likely need to be treated for parasites, which are common in young dogs.
Most puppies have roundworms, which are intestinal worms that can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal signs (although dogs can have worms without showing any symptoms). It is important for puppies to be treated for roundworms, not only to rid them of the infection but also to prevent you and the rest of your family from becoming infected. Roundworms are a zoonotic parasite, which means they can be transmitted from pets to people. By ensuring that your puppy is treated, you can keep your entire family safe from these and other parasites.
Kitten Wellness

From nutrition tips to litterbox training and behavioral advice, we're here to help every step of the way!
It’s essential to schedule your kitten's first exam as soon as possible. Until your kitten receives a full series of vaccines, he or she is at risk for serious, preventable diseases. During this visit, we will vaccinate your new pet against Rabies and Panleukopenia (feline distemper). Depending on your kitten's risk factors, we may also recommend additional vaccinations and treatment for common parasites.
Most kittens have roundworms, which are intestinal worms that can cause coughing, weight loss, and a potbellied appearance in cats (although they may not cause any symptoms). It is important for kittens to be treated for roundworms, not only to help rid them of the infection but also to prevent you and the rest of your family from becoming infected. Roundworms are a zoonotic parasite, which means they can be transmitted from pets to people. By ensuring that your kitten is treated, you can keep your entire family safe.
We look forward to meeting your new kitten! Schedule your appointment today.
