Once a year, we recommend your pet be seen for a wellness exam. This full physical exam includes checking your pet from head to tail! Based on your pet’s history and their clinical exam findings, a plan will be formed to best manage your concerns and your pet’s needs.
Bring any medical history or additional information you may think is important when you come to your appointment. Keeping a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including any behavioural changes, can be helpful in tracking any changes. This information can be shared with the veterinarian and will help us in developing a successful health plan.
Depending on the health issue, our veterinarians may recommend a referral or consultation with a specialist who has advanced expertise in internal medicine, surgery, dermatology or ophthalmology.
